I love this photo. I looked over the balcony during a recent wedding ceremony in Mexico and just had to capture this scene. People surfing, swimming, sailing, seemingly without a care in the world. What a lovely little reminder to take time for the things that bring us joy!
It can be way too easy these days to be a slave to our jobs or our screens, but I hope you can take some time to play today. Even if it’s something small and simple. For no reason at all other than to simply enjoy it. Paint a picture, even if it’s horrible. Splash in some water. Plunk around on an instrument - whatever play might mean to you.
